Delivery & Returns

Delivery Information


Delivery times for plain stock items, if ordered before 11am on a normal working day will be delivered the next working day, depending upon stock and location of the delivery address.

Decorated items are between 5 and 15 working days from confirmation of order and decoration approval. In some cases due to excess workload, lead-times may vary.

If you have an urgent deadline please contact us and we will endeavour to provide your order within your timeframe.

We will dispatch your garments using a next day courier service.


Returns Policy


All garments that have not been decorated or altered in any way, we have a no quibble returns policy, provided the items are returned to us within 14 days of receipt. No items will be accepted back after this time and no refund given.

Please email sales@dignitygivingsuits.com before returning any goods back to ourselves for a returns note and number.

We will not accept any returned items that has been decorated or amended in any way, unless the item is faulty. The faulty item will be replaced free of charge.

We do not accept the return of any items that are soiled, torn or damaged due to incorrect washing, ironing or mistreatment.

The item must be in an unused state, in its original packaging including labels still attached and in the same state you received the goods.

Enclose all received documents and your full contact details including a contactable telephone number, and a letter explaining the reasons of return.

Delivery charges are not refunded if an item is returned, whether it was a purchase or a sample.

When returning items, the return carriage is the responsibility of the customer. Please return items by a safe and secure means, as it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure we receive the items back safely and correctly.

Failure with any of the above terms & conditions may result in delay or non refund of items.
